Once you click Create Appointment, you will be redirected to the Appointment page. From this page, you can view detailed Appointment Information, add Notes, and view Previous Appointments. You can also view the patient’s Contact Information, including Files and Images that have been uploaded to their profile, Questionnaires they’ve filled out, and Mailing Lists they are subscribed to.

How to Reschedule an Appointment
If a patient needs to reschedule an appointment, find and select the appointment from the All Appointments calendar view.

From the Appointment page, select Reschedule Appointment under the Appointment Information section and within Status.

In the Reschedule Appointment pop-up window, you can view the Current Appointment date and time and click Available Appointment Slots to view all appointment slots that are not currently booked. Then click Reschedule Appointment.
